The Lions Club of Turramurra Inc. started in April 2020 and was incorporated in May 2020 with 22 members. Our club has since grown to 27 members. 
The branch was established by Charter President Roshan Wickremanayake &  Charter Secretary Tamara Wickremanayake with their friends under the guidance if the 1VDG Lion Sunil Amaratunge . 
The aim is to make progress in community engagement,development through Sustainability & Service and extend humanitarian and health needs to people in need.Our focus is on educating and sharing knowledge on house hold waste reduction methods, recycle & reuse to help reduce the effects of  pollution and landfill.This indirectly will help to reduce the garbage trucks on the road leading to lesser emissions. 

We believe that every little bit counts as little drops of water makes a mighty ocean.
